Daniela Hermle

Daniela Hermle heads the Digital Office at SCHUNK SE & Co. KG. She is responsible for digital and AI strategy, from development to implementation. Beyond technology, she introduces new ways of working and supports teams through change. She connects people and knowledge across departments, builds external partnerships and monitors technology and market trends to inform strategic direction. She regularly speaks at conferences about AI, agents and data management, appears on podcasts and co-authored the book “KI Masterclass”.
